Rachel grew up in Golden, Colorado. She has been a practicing hearing care provider since 2016. Rachel received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Health Sciences in 2012. Rachel is a graduate of the American University of Antigua College of Medicine, as well as a graduate of Adams State College in Colorado. Having worked in healthcare for the past 20 years, Rachel is committed to providing the best care for her customers.

Blake has been in the medical field with over 15 years of pharmacy work and durable medical equipment sales. He is passionate about helping others find relief with their tinnitus as Blake wears hearing aids to manage his own troublesome tinnitus contributed by hearing loss. 

Shea the Shar Pei was our loving and supportive sidekick. She accompanied us to many senior centers and provided comic relief as she quietly sat in her stroller awaiting attention.
